Frequently Asked Questions

Will the milk go bad in transit? It will not be good enough to drink, but it is still perfectly fine to work with for making jewelry. I mix it with a special preservation powder that will preserve the color. It will not smell like anything once complete.

What is your turn around time? Average turn around time is 6-9 weeks but that is subject to change and not a sure delivery date guarantee. This is due to outside circumstances that I cannot control such as delayed shipping.

What are your rings made out of? They are all made from either 925 sterling silver, 18K gold plated sterling silver, or 18K solid gold. You may make this selection when purchasing your piece.

How do I take care of my jewelry? Detailed care instructions can be viewed in my terms and conditions page and will also be sent to you with your order inside your package.

Is your jewelry water proof? No resin jewelry is water resistant. Even if you upgrade your metal to solid gold, your resin stone is still not waterproof. Please avoid water if you'd like your keepsake to last forever.

How do I view the status of my order? Turn around time is 6-9 weeks. I am working on a system where you can check at anytime using you order number but I'm working through a lot of bugs. You can message me anytime with questions and you will be emailed a tracking number 6-9 weeks from the time I receive your mailed keepsakes that will give you information once it has been shipped to you. If you don't get this email within 6-9 weeks after purchase please reach out to me.

Do you have a warranty on your pieces? Yes I do, warranty info can be viewed in the terms and conditions page at the very bottom of my website homepage or in the Terms of Service tab. Please read these terms very carefully before you order.

Will your rings tarnish? Tarnishing happens when some sort of chemical reaction occurs and changes the color of the metal on your ring. If you follow care instructions, your ring will not tarnish. Plating wearing off of a gold plated ring is not tarnishing, but will happen to all plated jewelry over time. How long it lasts depends on how you take care of it. Sterling silver will not tarnish but will need to be polished every now and then to remove buildup that appears as a black coating on the metal. Solid gold will hold its color indefinitely.
