Sending in inclusions is super easy. Please read these directions carefully and follow instructions exactly to keep your special inclusions safe in the mail. Please NEVER send the last of your keepsakes in case anything were to get lost in the mail. By ordering you also agree that Little Bean Keepsakes is not responsible for any keepsakes lost in the mail and you are responsible for providing more if needed.

An email will be sent to you inbox with the address to mail the milk to within one business day of ordering. Please be patient as I work out bugs with my automatic emailing system.

SENDING MILK

All I need is 1/2 oz of milk per piece ordered. If you ordered two pieces I will need one oz. If you ordered three I will need 1 1/2 oz, etc. Do not send more than 2 oz in one package to avoid leaking. Put the milk inside one breastmilk bag defrosted and dispel all air and seal. Fold that up and place inside another breastmilk bag and dispel all air and seal. Then one more time fold that up and place inside a final breastmilk bag, dispel all air and seal. So there are basically three bags layered around your milk to protect it. Then place that inside a heavy duty zip lock bag and seal. Write your first and last name on the bag and your order number. (breastmilk bags are prefered because they are more leakproof, but if you absolutely do not have access to them, you may use ziplock bags. Just follow the same instructions as above, just with 5 bags instead of 3. Your milk does not have to stay cold.

Take to the post office and mail it in a bubble mailer. Address it to Little Bean Keepsakes. Please have them weigh it, print a label, and save the tracking number! Please do not use stamps and mail from home. I've had keepsakes get discarded in the mail before due to incorrect postage. Again, keep track of your tracking number so you can see when the milk has arrived to me. Once milk is received, your piece will be shipped out 5-8 weeks later give or take a little for shipping! You will be notified when it has been shipped.

SHIPPING HAIR

For hair I need 20-25 strands and about 1/2 inch long if possible. Fold that into a paper towel or tin foil and place inside a zip lock bag with your first and last name and your order number on it. Take to the post office, send in a bubble mailer, have them weigh it and make a label. Please save your tracking number!

SHIPPING ASHES

For ashes all I need is 1 teaspoon. Put that inside a ziplock bag and layer a few more around it for extra protection. Please write your name on the outside and order number. Take to the post office, package it in a bubble mailer, have them weigh it and make a label. Save your tracking number so you know when it arrives to me! Address to Little Bean Keepsakes.

SENDING UMBILICAL CORD/PLACENTA CAPSULE/PREGNANCY CAP/FABRIC

Please break off a part of the cord (do not send it all), and place inside a ziplock bag. If sending placenta capsule, do the same thing with one capsule. If sending fabric, iI need 1/2 square inch, place in a ziplock bag. If sending pregnancy cap, clip off a small piece about 1 cm long and do the same thing. Write your name and order number on the bag. Take to the post office, package in a bubble mailer, have them weigh it and make a label, and save the tracking number so you know when it arrives.

SENDING FLOWERS

If you are sending flowers, make sure they are fully dehydrated before mailing so they do not get moldy in transit. Seal in a ziplock bag. Write your name and order number on the bag. Take to the post office, package in a bubble mailer, have them weigh it and make a label, and save the tracking number so you know when it arrives.
