It is made from 925 sterling silver with cubic zirconia gemstones. It comes in silver, 18k gold plated, and 18k rose gold plated. The stones may be upgraded to birthstones. It will come with a matching 18inch link chain with a 2 inch extender. The heart pendant charm may be upgraded to 14k yellow gold, rose gold, or white gold.
